• You must not be suspended from VericonPro services

• Update outdated records promptly
• Use credentials honestly and lawfully
• Never present credentials as government-issued documents
• Never misrepresent immigration status or licensing status
• Never modify or counterfeit credentials

6. Prohibited Uses

• Fraudulent claims of work authorization
• Use of credentials as immigration documentation
• Credential forgery or duplication
• Identity misrepresentation
• Illegal or deceptive activities
• System scraping or unauthorized access

7. Verification Process

VericonPro uses commercially reasonable methods to verify identities and professional information.

8. Credential Validity & Revocation

VericonPro may suspend, revoke, replace, modify, or invalidate credentials at its sole discretion when fraud, misuse, inaccuracies, or policy violations are identified.

9. Fees and Payments

Fees associated with registration, verification, issuance, renewal, or premium services are disclosed prior to purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable.

All VericonPro trademarks, logos, designs, software, credentials, verification systems, and content are the exclusive property of VericonPro LLC.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
